Drummers can now enjoy maple's sonic benefits, along with pro features such as True Pitch Tuning, STM (Suspension Tom Mounts), Remo heads and more, combined with a sonically superior all-maple shell. This kit comes in a laquered pearlescent white finish with chrome hardware.

Seven-Piece F.A.S.T. Sized Kit

The complete 7-piece kit comes in F.A.S.T. (fundamentally accurate sized toms) sizes, with an 18x22" kick drum, 5x14" snare, and five toms at 7x8", 8x10", 9x12", 12x14", and 14x16". All drums feature heads by REMO. Hardware sold separately.

7-Ply Maple Shells

Maple shells with reinforcing hoops have a longer, slower sustain ratio while birch shells without reinforcing hoops have a shorter and faster sustain. Maple produces a warmer, lower fundamental tone than birch. The outer face, or veneer, has very little influence on sound. The core plies and inner ply have the most influence and significant influence on sound, respectively.

STM--Suspension Tom Mount System

Pacific uses DW's patented STM (suspension tom mount) system, which allows drums to vibrate freely, allowing maximum resonance while securely holding the drum in place. Because there are no washers or grommets inhibiting the lug rod receiver, choking is reduced and tuning is as easy as ever.

True-Pitch Tension Rods

To give drummers even more control over their sound, Pacific offers the True-Pitch rod system. The rods feature 10/32 threads rather than the 10/24 that's standard on most other drums. The result is a more exacting tuning process.
